  • Direct bank transfer

In the case of payment via PayPal or credit card, the customer follows the terms of the selected payment provider.

The Seller will begin processing the order and delivering the product once the payment is received.

An invoice for the purchase will be sent to the customer via email.

7. Shipping and delivery

The Seller will prepare the product (gift card) and hand it over to the shipping service within the agreed time frame.

The Seller ships within Slovenia using the Slovenian Post, with a delivery cost of 3.90 EUR for orders up to 50 EUR, and free shipping for orders over 50 EUR.

8. Gift cards

A gift card is a document issued by the Seller upon payment, either in electronic form (the customer receives an email with the gift card code) or physical form. Each gift card has its own number, and the Seller is obliged to accept it as payment for products sold in the online store.

Gift cards can be purchased in four fixed amounts: 25 EUR, 50 EUR, 75 EUR, or 100 EUR.

The validity of the gift card is one year from the date of issue, unless otherwise indicated by the Seller.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. The card must be used in its entirety. If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the customer must pay the difference. The value of the purchase must be equal to or greater than the gift card value.

8.1. Using the gift card (at the final step of the purchase)

The process for purchasing a gift card is the same as for all other products, as described in section 4.

The customer fills in the recipient's information (name, surname, and email address) and the customer’s details. Optionally, they can include a message for the recipient. The customer then clicks "Add to Cart."

The payment process for the gift card is the same as for all other products, as described in section 6.

After the order is successfully placed, the recipient will receive the gift card either via email or physical mail, and the customer will receive a payment confirmation.

In the case of payment by direct bank transfer, the recipient will receive the gift card after the customer completes the transaction and receives the payment confirmation.

9. Cancellation and changes

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop in case of insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances.

In case of cancellation by the Seller, participants will receive a full refund or be offered a credit note in the form of a coupon code, which the customer can use for the next purchase in the online store.

We understand that unforeseen situations may affect your attendance. However, due to our commitment to each workshop, last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours before the event) create organizational challenges. In this case, we are unable to offer a refund. However, in case of force majeure, we are happy to provide a 25% discount for the next workshop. If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop, we will refund 90% of the fee or issue a 100% credit, valid for six months.

To request a refund, including the customer’s personal details and bank account information for the refund, the request must be sent to the email address: info@connect-workshops.eu.

All payments made will be refunded to the customer within 14 days to the bank account provided by the customer in the refund request or by issuing a credit note in the form of a coupon code, which the customer can use for the next purchase in the online store. If the purchase was made using a gift voucher, the Seller will not refund the voucher but will issue a credit note in the form of a coupon code, which the customer can redeem for the next purchase in the online store.

The entire content of the website, regardless of the form (texts, images, videos, sounds, etc.), is protected by copyright and related rights. The holder of the moral and material copyright and related rights to the website content is the Seller.

The customer must ensure the appropriate security and confidentiality of the data used to log in to the website. The seller is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the customer due to unauthorized disclosure or use of registration data.

13. Application of law

These Terms and Conditions, the sales contract, and the relationship between the customer and the seller are governed by Slovenian law, except in cases where, according to EU legislation, consumer protection provisions of another country’s law must also be applied alongside Slovenian law.
