Collection and use of personal data
Your data is collected and further processed in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data by Melani Peer s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the provider). As a provider, we respect your personal data and treat them in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation”) and the national regulations governing this area.

The Provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The data will only be used for the purpose of communication with the User. The personal data you entrust to us is yours, and we respect that. We use your information solely to ensure the efficient fulfillment of your order. We undertake not to share, sell, or pass on user data to unauthorized persons – ever!

The user agrees that connect-workshops.eu may process the data for the purposes of business records, advertising, and customization of content in accordance with the Personal Data Security Policy, provided that the user is included in the database of recipients of electronic newsletters at the time of purchase.

The Provider protects the collected personal data permanently in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07) (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – Decree of the US, 81/15 and 40/17), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Melani Peer s.p. does not have a Data Protection Officer because it does not process personal data to the extent that would require compliance with this obligation.

Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is information that identifies you: your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail or postal address. The connect-workshops.eu shop does not collect your personal data except when you allow it, i.e. when you order products or when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Use and dissemination of personal data

Connect-workshops.eu will use your personal data solely for technical reasons of administration of the website, to provide you with access to specific information or for general communication with you.

At the customer’s request, the seller will use personal data to inform you about new products and promotions.

In the event of problems or uncertainties in the use of the website, the website owner reserves the right to contact the consumer by means of remote communications. Categories of personal data
The Provider collects a variety of information about you, including personal data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify (identify) you, if you or others choose to share this personal data with the Provider. We receive information in a number of ways, including when you shop in the online store, sign up for our newsletter (direct marketing), register a user profile in the online store, visit the website connect-workshops.eu collects information about your use of the services we offer.

Personal data we collect:
1. basic personal data such as: name and surname, email address, residential address (street, street number, postcode, city, country), delivery address (street, street number, postcode, city, country), telephone number.
2. online shop user account data, when you choose to provide your data via your online profile, in addition to the basic personal data you provide to us when you register, we also collect personal data such as content and data (information) that you upload to your user account or post, send, forward or otherwise share using the online shop (e.g. comments, etc.);
3. information about your purchase and payment method (e.g. in the following way: when you pay by debit or credit card, we process the usual amount of data that is necessary to complete the payment transaction);
4. we collect technical information from your browser, computer or mobile device when you access the Little Treasures services;

Rights of individuals
The Provider shall ensure that the rights of data subjects are exercised.
